Congratulations on your patent. Didn’t the examiner give you “obviousness” grief on time-dependency? There was a context dependent patent used against my first filing, 6,477,508. It was a system for displaying ads on tennis courts and other sports arenas that were broadcast on TV.
The first patent on buying from TV click-throughs was Nolan Bushnell, 1969.
We’ve got a new application that expands on that one. I’m expecting more grief.
